Hi there I am trying to set up a customer who's cart needs trade & retail prices we also need to make sure that only approved trade customers can get trade prices, i noticed in your post above you may have some knowledge on how to achieve this. My knowledge base is limited and the only way I know how to do it it to have a second install and member protect it. Thank you in advance. With v5 yes, just apply customer groups. With v3/v4 no, you'll need a mod which can be found in the third-party forum.

@KatGirl, for the problems you have encountered did you report the bugs?

You need to contact Devellion direct through their support system (sales ticket).

The v5 skins are very different to v3 and v4. It uses a completely different template system.

I'm not quite sure who you think you are referring to, but we don't work for Devellion. There is no bug, you just need to enable flood control.

You can edit the template directly and place the text before the price. Look in 'styleTemplates/content/index.tpl'

There isn't a killer skin supplied with v5. If you have v3, this is nolonger supported in this forum as support has expired. You need to visit the third-party forum.

Look in Admin > General Settings.
