From the USPS document (2014-rate-webtools-v3-v4-transition-guide.rtf) 1 RateV3 Retirement We advise integrators currently using RateV3 to transition to RateV4 as soon as possible in preparation for the planned retirement of the API on September 28, 2014. Corrections on how to update CC4 USPS module can be found here: http://www.cubecartforums.org/lofiversion/index.php?t18105.html After working with Brian Smither yesterday, we discovered a couple things to add to this topic: Also, go through both the calc.php and class.usps.php files and change all occurrences of: IntlRate to IntlRateV2 (changed IntlRate2 to IntlRateV2) RateV3 to RateV4 There are many types of International Shipping options. Hi Everyone, I have one site on my VPS using CC4, fully patched. Every once in a while (once per week), the site spontaneously will bring my server to an absolute crawl. Server goes from 0.1 up to 154+ and everything grinds to a hault. I can see that the user that the site is installed under is spawning multiple php instances, but beyond that I don't have a way of getting more information. I can suspend that user's account, and the server goes back to normal load. The question is, why does this keep happening? Details: 1) Reboots make no difference, when the site comes back up, it is keeps hogging the processor. 2) There is no increase in traffic to the site (no DOS attacks). 3) Spoke with the site owner, and they are not editing anything in admin. Has anyone else seen this issue, I'm stumped. Thanks Jason
I'm trying to move my store from streamline.net to godaddy.com So far I have tranferred files, and exported / imported database. I've also changed includes/global.inc.php file. However the shop isn't loading - I just get a blank page. I think the connection to the database isn't working but I'm damned if I know how to fix it. Does anyone have any advice for me? Thank you in advance!
Hi Guys, I've been researching but can't find any info specifically on my issue, maybe you can help me out. I'm wanting to swap the 'add to cart' button in the category and search view to the 'more' button, but only if a product has options. This would mean that clicking the link would just take them to the product page. I am aware of mods to display the product options on the category page, but would like to keep the cat view clean and just disable people from adding a product with options directly to the cart from the cat page. Im thinking of changes in viewCat.inc.php where there are two queries, one doing the usual product search, the other querying prod_options_bot so that if the product IDs match there can be a conditional statement to perform the swap. But I guess this would mean that the html to create the entire add to cart button would need to get parsed or the html for the more button, and neither html exist in the viewCat.tpl file for this to work. Is there a more intuative way of doing this? Really appreciate any help!
