  1. Hi I know that the question was asked by another member and it was resolved but I do not understand how to go about replacing the image in the invoice template. Does this need to be done at the server end or can the template be accessed within the software? I would appreciate advice on this as the invoice is inserting an image that is far too large.
  2. Hi, CC 5.14 working. Problem noticed by a client: when entering the details of a product you can zoom the images. When you click the small thumbs you get a larger image. When you click the main image the original image shows up. Not in a shrinked way but the original BIG image. So when you have eg 1600 x 1200 px you get the 1600 x 1200px image. In the config.xml it shows that the main image has a maximum of 600px but in reality it doesn't. Is this a known bug? Or is it something else? Hope for an answer. Regards, Boudi

I was running version 5.0.7 and was having issues deleting images or folders through the file manager (just an error: Failed to delete file.showed up) and also under maintenance the sitemap rebuild always brings up an error too. I've updated to the most recent version this morning and still have this issue.Can anyone help point out something I can try to fix it? My site is also running very slowly compared to before the upgrade, the admin area especially. It's on my reseller account with no speed issues with any other sites so it doesn't appear to be down to the hosting. Any help would be much appreciated.
