In particular it is useful if you incorrectly changed a store variable which has broken it all together. CubeCart stores it's variables in an unreadable format in the database to get around a php bug in the unserialize function. This tool is flexible in that it can modify any config setting in the database (even custom or 3rd party ones). Please note that it is provided as is with no warranty of any kind.
