IMPORTANT: If you submit a ticket or replied to a ticket and did not receive a confirmation email from our server then I'm sorry to say that we never received it. If this is the case, please resubmit your ticket and we will assit you at the first possible opportunity. Many thanks for your patience as we resolved this frustrating issue. We are now pleased to announce that the server migration is fully complete and there are no known issues.
