Hi

I though to ask the poeple who are using V4 to see what sort of Email Template system is been built into V4.

Does it have any differt templates built into it at all.

As their is old mod out their for V3 out thier,

V4 has the same email system as v3.

I will convert ETS mod to work with v4 when official is out.

CC4 has defined macros in all emails so you have much more power and flexibility to make the email s exactly how you want. So not its NOT the same as v3.

They can be edited through the admin control panel of your store.

e.g.

Dear {RECIP_NAME},



{SENDER_NAME} has sent you a gift voucher worth {AMOUNT} which can be redeemed against any goods in our store!

Message: (from {SENDER_NAME} <{SENDER_EMAIL}>)

{MESSAGE}

Great to here you can now edit the email templates, qwizards modhad the right idea but didnt work with hardly any other mods which meant it nearly blew my store to pieces when I installed it!

yeah, that is a nice way to customize the emails. can't wait!!!

i wonder how many copies you sell in the first day or week of the release date ..... you can count me in, thats for sure :)

I think we'll sell a fair amount hopefully. I'd urge people to use the 14 day trail first to make sure its what they want. ;)
