Sorry Another Noobie Problem

Hi, I decided to download v3 to test and see if it will work for my business. I've extracted all the files from the zip file and copied them over to my VMWARE IIS server that I use for testing. They are in c:\web\cubecart , I have installed mysql and PHP5 (most recent ones). I can get to the setup screen but I cant get past page 3, at the bottom of page 3 I get this error

when I click continue I get this error

I'm using vista client but also tested in on the 2003 server and I've tried opera as well as IE7,

can anyone help?

EDIT ** oh and I've set everyone with full permissions to the C:\web folder on the IIS server to ensure its not permissions, and PHP is allowed in the IIS setup.

Run phpinfo() and see where your TEMP folder is. Then make sure that folder has read-write permissions for the Internet Guest account (whatever that may be for VMWARE).
