Al Brookbanks Posted February 8, 2008 Share Posted February 8, 2008 -- IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT -- Our website will be unavailable from 9:00am Tuesday 12th February (GMT) and may be down for some hours. This is due to phase 1 of the redevelopment of our website. Phase 1: Our site will be broken apart into subdomains upgrading software such as the forums to the latest version. Forum registration will then be optional and the customer control panel will be separated into its own entity. We regret that existing customers will need to use the reset password functionality to regain access to their orders and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience that this may cause. For this reason we urge all users to check their registered email address is up-to-date and working. Every customer with an active support plan will be issued a support code which will be required when submitting a ticket. This will be available via the new customer control panel. Phase 2: After phase 1 www.cubecart.com will be completely overhauled with a new design and layout to bring us up-to-date and away from our current "portal" like system. We are sure this is a positive step to improve our much neglected website and we apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause during upgrade.
