webspinning Posted February 28, 2008 Share Posted February 28, 2008 Anyone come across this before: A product search from the shop finds a product that has been deleted from the back office? You try to buy it and are notified that the product cannot be found, yet it adds one to the shopping cart. Searching for the same product in the back office and it is not there. So, product does not exist yet it is shown in the shop, cant be bought or show more details becasue then it cannot be found, so stock must be zero yet one is added to the basket. Settings are such that you cannot buy out of stock products (so assume not able to buy non existent either) product version 3.0.17 ANy suggestions very welcome.
