We apologize that our online credit/debit card processing service provided by HSBC Bank PLC have had some severe technical problems over the last week or so. We are aware of the issue but unfortunately we have no control over how long it will take before it is back on line. At the time of writing we have been unable to process orders on our website with credit card since Monday afternoon. HSBC are unable to provide us with a time for when it is to be back on line.

Following 48 hours of downtime last week we are investigating the possibility of seeking a new company for online card transactions.

We can only apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to you and hope they rectify the issue promptly.
