Guest dkcustoms Posted September 25, 2009 Share Posted September 25, 2009 when i try to upload an image for my product it says: Fatal error: Call to undefined function imagecreatefromjpeg() in /home/dkcustom/public_html/shop/classes/gd.inc.php on line 48 ???? i have no idea at all what this meens and how to fix it, Please tell me its simple to fix and how to do it. thanks in advance Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
bsmither Posted September 25, 2009 Share Posted September 25, 2009 In your Store Administration, General Settings page, there is a GD Settings section. You will need to ask your hosting provider if they have the PHP "GD" extension installed and activated. If so, then you need to ask what version, "1" or "2". Then you need match the answers you got with the settings on your admin page. For now, for the GD version, you can select N/A.
