Guest terallan Posted February 16, 2012 Share Posted February 16, 2012 Hi folks, I've just attempted to install the demo version of cubecart, all went well until this error cropped up: Site error: the file /home5/xxxxx/public_html/cubecart/index_enc_ion.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to be installed by the site administrator. Now I havn't a clue, please guys assume this customer knows nothing, I need a non jargon answer to fix the issue :-) I've FTPd, set-up the DB, expected a hastle free install, now I'm stuck. thx Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Dirty Butter Posted February 16, 2012 Share Posted February 16, 2012 I can't help much, but I do know that ionCube loader is something that has to be installed on your server. Can you check in the information on your database cpanel to see if it's installed, or perhaps contact your host to see if it's installed?
