sparky5693
Any customer that uses a +4 zip code is getting stuck in a loop during checkout. If I change their zip code to standard 5 digit it works fine. Any ideas?
Dirty Butter
Please report this as a Major Issue bug as soon as possible, so it can be included in the 5.0.8 version, as it applies to all of us!

Dirty Butter
Thanks. Have you tried changing the character length allowed in the database table structure to see if that would fix it?
Dirty Butter
I think I've just had this problem show up on our store that is still on 5.1.4. Is there code since then that fixed this issue? I'm not quite ready to upgrade to 5.2.2.
Dirty Butter
Now that the Bug Tracker is up again I was able to find the bug report concerning +4 zips. But it was supposedly fixed in 5.0.8, and after inspection it looks like the shipping.class.php handling of postcode is the same in 5.1.4 as it is in 5.2.2. So this customer's problem, who could not check out, may not have anything to do with the fact that he used his +4 zip for billing and address.
