Dirty Butter Posted August 17, 2012 Share Posted August 17, 2012 I'm on 5.1.1 and in checking something different for someone else on the forum I've discovered that our customer cannot save an international address unless it has a State designated in my Zones. Not all country addresses require a territory designation, as far as I understand. The box for State turns red (what this skin does when something should be filled in) when customer saves, but there's no error message, and the save apparently works. BUT, when I go look at my Addressbook as a customer, the address does NOT show the country. I had put in Argentina as the country, which has no Zones in my Admin. The Addressbook entry for this customer DOES show Argentina as the country, with a blank where the State would be in the address. Is this "normal" for 5.1.1? Or is something wrong with my setup?
