I am using Cube Cart 5V, the site will be selling verious items some of which are differant such as size or colour For example Bass Drum black, Bass Drum White. i can create the main product easy. create the option of colour. but how do i give them two differnt Product codes. as we are using another system for stock cotrol (sage) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
bsmither Posted September 10, 2012 Share Posted September 10, 2012 As of this latest version (CC514), if you need stock control for what would otherwise be an irrelevant option, you will need a third-party mod. Such a mod is in the catalogue at www.cubecartforums.org, but it may not answer your stated requirement that it create unique product codes. If that mod is not satisfactory, then I suggest you create one product, then clone it as many times as necessary with unique product codes for the "options" that need individual stock control.
