svrabel Posted January 28, 2013 Share Posted January 28, 2013 I've had a couple of customers complain that adding an item to their cart splits the screen and will not let them continue with the checkout process. The screen shows the center column from the product page as well as the login screen. I finally had one send a screen shot today. Unfortunately, the forum server "returned an error during upload" so I can't show you. If anyone has any idea what may be causing this, I would be more than happy to email you the screenshot. bsmither Posted January 28, 2013 Share Posted January 28, 2013 The only thing I see is that in the file (probably) content.checkout.confirm.php, the HTML is a form that asks for billing and delivery addresses. Several places, after the </label> tag, there is a </span> tag that should actually a <span> tag. There is a matching </span> at the end of the line.
