vit320 Posted July 27, 2013 Share Posted July 27, 2013 i have made ftp in blanck dir of my server, after this use a totally new sql database and install 5.2.2 i configure it with my data and i make one document in two language. after all i click on buld sitemaop and it give this! bsmither Posted July 28, 2013 Share Posted July 28, 2013 This error message will occur if either or both of these cases are true: * the folder where the file is to be written has no write permissions * no content was actually created A sitemap will always have a link to the homepage, (and Sale Items and Certificates if present). That means you should check if the CHMOD permissions to the main folder of your store is set properly for the script to write the file. If your hosted space is under the control of suPHP or some other security environment, then the permissions may be more strict than what you believe. To verify, consult with your hosting provider.
