When you say "seen", do you mean the language a customer can choose to have your store's wording be shown with? Or do you mean that only customers located in Australia and New Zealand, for example, can view your store? If you mean the language, then in admin, Languages, you must enable each language you would want your store to be able to show. If you mean allowing only certain regions of Earth to be able to enter your store, then please know that an uncustomized CubeCart cannot do that.
