Dirty Butter Posted December 5, 2013 Share Posted December 5, 2013 I took off the check box to use billing as the default shipping address, BUT I'm still having customers who are getting caught in a loop choosing shipping during checkout. I THINK the issue is that they are choosing the default billing address without seeing there is a default shipping address hidden in the drop down box. Where is that drop down box code located? How can I get rid of the drop down box at that point in the checkout process and make it as list to choose from, so they will see there IS a delivery address to choose?
