Blank page, both main and admin fresh install from Softaculous

Welcome kentpyper! Glad to see you made it to the forums.

 

First, allow me to express my concern over there being two lines in the php.ini regarding the ionCube loader. I haven't checked at www.ioncube.com, but I am very certain that there should be only one of the two lines. I will check on that later.

 

Please call for this page:

www.*****.com/setup/info.php

At the bottom of the top section, you will see a phrase that indicates, if the ioncube loader did in fact load and start:

with ionCube version x.y.z

 

If that is not shown, I will say there was a problem finding, loading, and/or starting the loader.

 

And if that happened, PHP would have put an error in the PHP error.log file (if logging is enabled, and a log file has been specified in the php.ini file). The log above is what looks like a webserver access/error log - as it's not PHP's job to realize there is no 404.shtml web page to send back to the browser.

 

My second concern is that something is asking for a file/folder named 'layout_images'. CubeCart does not have that named file/folder. (When the web server realizes that this file/folder does not exist, it logs that error, then tries to send a 404 document to the browser - as configured in the web server config file, can't find that document, and logs that error as well. So where is this request for 'layout_images' coming from, I winder?
