sean1688 Posted January 16, 2015 Share Posted January 16, 2015 our website seems to work fine after upgrading from V3 to V5, except for additional admin with limited access (read only), the user is telling me that she always sees a blank screen when she tried to view the orders, or anything. she can loging correctly. the strange thing is that I can login with the same credentials and sees no problem. this problem is not there for earlier versions of the CubeCart (V3). I should also mention that she is in China and I am in US. Any help is highly appreciated.
