keat Posted May 4, 2016 Share Posted May 4, 2016 A customer wrote today saying "The basket is not emptying on check out, This leaves items from previous orders in the basket and has resulted in duplicate ordering!" This is the first I've heard of this, and I suspect it has something to do with cookies or caching on his computer, however, could this also be related to my other issue, where I'm seeing duplicate orders but with zero items ? Any thoughts ? V6.10 The info I got back from him was: Windows 10, Chrome (latest) and PayPal, To be honest I wasn't paying much attention, in a rush as usual!
