bsmither Posted September 10, 2016 Share Posted September 10, 2016 The upgrade from CC6011 to CC6012 will replace all of CubeCart's core code, will attempt to fix something in the addressbook that got carried over from CC3/4, and makes a small adjustment to two tables. Nothing will get lost out of the database. There is this Knowledgebase article. Where the article says to make a backup, CubeCart can do (as does if you let CubeCart upgrade itself - and there will be no problems if you have a small-ish store, as this takes time - time that your hosting provider may not allow you to have).
