where can i change what the emails say? I would like to change the wording and add information

In admin, Email Templates. There are two parts to an email: the super-structure (as I call it), and the actual content.

On the Email Contents tab, click the flag of the language for the email you want to edit. On the next screen, the HTML and Plain Text Content tabs are where you make the changes. (The WYSIWYG editor is just a bit tricky to use.)

On the Email Templates tab, click the Edit icon of Default Emails. The HTML and Plain Text Content tabs are where you create the over-all general, non-specific header, footer, graphics, etc.
