mahmed Posted July 16, 2023 Share Posted July 16, 2023 Hello Guys, I'm having really a weird issue with admin login in the store. After inserting the user and password, when I press login, it resets and not log in or showing any error. I tried resetting the password many times in the database, but still no luck. It worked few hours ago and suddenly stopped working for no reason. Log shows nothing as well. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
bsmither Posted July 16, 2023 Share Posted July 16, 2023 Please use an external database utility (such as phpMyAdmin - a tool found in many hosted accounts control panels) and examine the table CubeCart_system_error_log. I couldn't find CubeCart_system_error_log table in the database; However, I was able to fix the issue simply by deleting the browser cache. I hope it stays stable.
