This is an Alpha release which is expected to be very buggy and certainly contain security holes. We do not advise using this for production environments. A dedicated website has been built for feature requests and bug reporting. http://bugs.cubecart.com Commonly asked questions: 1. Can I use my current License Key to remove copyright in CubeCart v3? Yes, just cut and paste it into the admin control panel and follow the instructions. 2. Can I upgrade from CubeCart v2 to v3? We will release an upgrade script towards the later release stages. This means that if you would like to use CubeCart v3 now, you will have to do a fresh installation. 3. Does the Alpha version contain all the final version features? No, the final version will contain extra features such as "Related Products", "New Products" on the Homepage, testimonials, and far greater shipping and gateway support. 4. What will happen to CubeCart v2? Bug Fixes & Security Patching will continue as normal. 5. Is the price going up? Yes, the price of Copyright removal is scheduled to increase early next week. (Commencing 04/04/2005) 6. When will CubeCart 3 be suitable for production. The first release AFTER the Beta release should be suitable. Thanks to everybody for their fantastic support.
