Guest
My host runs his servers PHP in Safe Mode, is it possible to run cubcart 3.01. (I have treid it but the mail is not working.) Has anyone a solution for this problem? other than to change my host. dutchdiver
Al Brookbanks
No, sorry it stops some important php functionality (e.g. return email address etc... ). Safe mode is too restrictive and you can have a safe secure shop running without safe mode on. You'll need to change hosts or reconfigure your server to have it turned off. Guest skekum
I was told by my ISP to leave out the "Return Path" when sending out the emails using cube cart. Now it all works.
Al Brookbanks
Yeah you can do that. :(
Guest
I was told by my ISP to leave out the "Return Path" when sending out the emails using cube cart. Now it all works. How do I "leave out the Return Path" - I'm not seeing it as an option in the Admin section - can you help? I want to be able to run CubeCart with Safe Mode enabled like Version 2. Guest
Me again - I found the "return path" option - but this does not help with the other mail features (sending lost passwords, orders etc). Is there any way around this?
Al Brookbanks
Can you try this for me: It detect safe mode and only sets a return path is safe mode is off. classes/htmlMimeMail.phphtmlMimeMail.php
