Guest vrakas Posted August 15, 2005 Share Posted August 15, 2005 I have submited a ticket on the 12th of this month and the answer i got was: We are sorry but the Technical Support department is currently closed and we can only offer Sales Support. I have been getting so overwhelmed that I have had no choice but to close it for now. The price of a license key doesn't include support but I may make it available to customers only. I didnt know that you are all alone in this project, although i do see that we are all helping one way or the other. The ticket system in other "Companies" is available only to registered clients (them that have purchased a product) so this challenges them to purchase and have this benefit of a personal support. This is one of the reasons i have purchased the licences for all my clients so we can have this support. Al Brookbanks Posted August 16, 2005 Share Posted August 16, 2005 Hi, yeah I did that yesterday. Only Customers can use the Support tickets. However I'm not quite sure how to work the SLA plans yet.
