I have submited a ticket on the 12th of this month and the answer i got was:

We are sorry but the Technical Support department is currently closed and we can only offer Sales Support.

So the question is when will the Technical support Dpt open and when will i get an answer/solution?

Thanks brooky for your response.

I didnt know that you are all alone in this project, although i do see that we are all helping one way or the other.

The ticket system in other "Companies" is available only to registered clients (them that have purchased a product) so this challenges them to purchase and have this benefit of a personal support. This is one of the reasons i have purchased the licences for all my clients so we can have this support.

Please, i would like the solution to my request as this is important to me and my registered clients.
