bsmither Posted April 24, 2014 Share Posted April 24, 2014 My initial view of the code suggests that if a digital-only order is sent to Processing (and subsequently to Completed), the customer gets the Cart: Order Confirmed email, as well as the Cart: Digital Download email. But, there is no point to sending the Cart: Order Complete email -- as the message is rather terse and mentions physical goods. However, because these email contents are fully customizable, there may be a requirement for the admin to place wording in the Cart: Order Complete message that would be extremely important to the customer even for digital-only orders.
