  2. And if you work REALLY hard you may be able come right infront of the existing competitors....
  3. I think the key is to keep UP you efforts. If not, all the new competition will completely take you from behind.
  4. it was because I changed my username. Doh!
  5. To see the help files would be great. This laptop (Sony PCG-K215Z) has a built in card which is probably part of the problem. I'm not convinced by the usage of elecricity mains.
  6. Good thought too... I'm looking up our cordless phones... in the mean time I think this MAY be the solution..... http://www.devolo.co.uk/uk_EN/index.html
  7. No I moved the adsl router upstairs. Signal strength was good...... ....But even with a dongle type thing it just wont copnnect to the internet up there. I think BT have made it so it only works from the one socket. Sounds sily but I seem to remember them mentioning that. So.. at the moment I have a low signal on only 20 meter or so distance... Thats really crappy...
  8. Right gona try adsl router wireless relocation Thankfully there is a phone socket upstairs... have a nasty feeling our bt wall socket thing inly allow it to work from where it is.... I'll report back.
  9. And wheres my signature image gone!! lol
  10. Not a bad idea... but then the other desktops must go wireless too.... Hmmm.
  11. Yeah I hope so. I don't care if it rsiks burning the house dowsn I'm so frustrated today. zero CC3 development today so far. Currently cross legged sitting on the floor in a VERY stupid place.... battery 33%.
  12. Ahh signal strength Low... it used to be Very Low. LOL Oh now its gone.. Oh SH!T now I can't post this message... Bugger bugger bugger bugger bugger bugger bugger!!!!!!
  13. Those aren't allowed in the UK due to different saftey regulations and we have 240 volt sockets. Just moved router thing about 2 meters up the wall... fingers crossed... now the ethernet cables aren't long enough LMFAO
  14. The setting are box standard apart from its encrypted but i was bad before it was encrypted... Also there is a boiler between which make it impossible to connect when that comes on. ;)
  15. Its a bit like this..... quick before I lose connection on my Very Low connections!!! LOL
  16. Hello Folks, I have a wireless ADSL Netgear router thing and work from another room on a wireless laptop. So annoying as it looses connection ALL the time as I'm about 30 meters from the wireless access point. Does any one know what equipment should improve this? I gather antennas are a bit crappy so would one of these sitting between the connection help? http://www.ebuyer.com/customer/products/in...oduct_uid=75472 Would it act as a bridge? I hear in the USA you can use your electricity connection and plug in a wireless access point but thats not legal here. ;)

  18. How annoying brooky was gone too.. so I'm cubecart. Maybe I could have had broOky ? :D
  19. True. LOL... Will be interested to see our banners when their server updates at 1:10 GMT. But I'm going to hit the hay before then.
  20. LOL fair play. I would understand you joining that one. Team FireFox gets my vote too but home is where the heart is.
  21. I'm not bothered about a percentage of mod sales. License keys don't make mega bucks but allow me the odd beer. Lets just allow everyone to get on some how. Also it would be tricky to setup and enforce. I need to sleep on this... Keep suggestions coming although #1 priority is CubeCart 3 at the moment as far as I'm concerned. However I completely understand how CC3 is not even a consideration for you guys at the mo.
  22. Hi qdpie, I agree. The key here is what to do about this as the philosophy behind CubeCart?A product everybody can benefit from? That seems like a pretty unselfish viral business model if you ask me. Maybe CubeCart should become 100% open source like GNU or GPL... but you, like I survive from it hence the current system *works*? I'm open to suggestions and proposals even.
