  1. Should I install this upgrade or wait for a bug fixed version?
  2. Before starting to create a database and import everything from scratch, I've managed to obtain an export of the original eCommerce site, which was running on a non-supported cms. Is it possible to import this data into the Cubecart database? It would save us a lot of time if it is possible.
  3. Possibly... I'm building a new eCommerce site for a friend's fabric company. I have the old .sql file, but it's an export from a CMS called Tovuti that is no longer supported. I've suggested that it would probably be easier to create a new spread sheet based on all the current fabric in stock and to work with that instead. So that was my reason for asking about sub categories - it would save time in setting the site up. I'm also aware that we'll need a mod for fabric by length, rather than quantity. How easy would this be to do? I asked about this here a while ago. I'll also be adding WP as a front end.
  4. OK, so main category only. That's a pain. :-(
  5. Which fields can be imported? Can Category & sub-category IDs be imported?
  6. Do you need to include the numbers after your Facebook ID?
  7. The guy at AddThis just said: Does this mean CC is adding something incorrectly?
  8. <!-- AddThis Smart Layers BEGIN --> <!-- Go to http://www.addthis.com/get/smart-layers to customize --> <script type="text/javascript" src="//s7.addthis.com/js/300/addthis_widget.js#pubid=ra-51ed4555069430e7"></script> <script type="text/javascript"> addthis.layers({ 'theme' : 'transparent', 'share' : { 'position' : 'left', 'numPreferredServices' : 5 }, 'follow' : { 'services' : [ {'service': 'facebook', 'id': 'Nucleus-Films'}, {'service': 'twitter', 'id': 'nucleusfilms'} ] }, 'whatsnext' : {}, 'recommended' : {} }); </script> <!-- AddThis Smart Layers END -->
  9. If we set this to "Generate Product Code", is there a way we can pre-define it to include letters first, then a number?
  10. Thanks for that. I've had to contact the AddThis tech guys too, because my AddThis isn't displaying any analytics.
  11. Thanks, but I think I'll leave it as it is (via the Social Media plugin), I don't fancy messing around with templates.
  12. I wasn't aware there was a version? It's whatever AddThis is offering via their site. http://www.addthis.com
  13. Can these be used with Cubecart? I already have the standard AddThis installed via the social plugins but this option is more involved, and looks like you need to embed some code somewhere.
  14. Hi all, still in need of a "Pre-Order" button/option. Can anybody please help? It would need to enable an order before the stock has arrived, just like amazon: example: http://www.amazon.com/Steel-Blu-ray-UltraViolet-Combo-Pack/dp/B008JFUPK8
  15. That's why I'm confused - the emails look fine in admin, but when sent are messed up with code.
  16. I can't see what's causing the problem. I'm doing the formatting in plain text and HTML. They both look perfect in the text editors, and when previewed. How do I preview the modified plain text template?
  17. Not sure what's gone wrong but I'm now getting formatting code displaying in the emailed invoice.
  18. I think I've fixed the problem. However, I didn't see where the invoice company logo is set in emails?
  19. I've changed orders.print.php, but invoice emails are still being sent with the original layout. Any suggestions?
  20. The problem is we've changed the categories and what's in them, so I don't think it's going to be worthwhile.
  21. Done. Sitemap: /sitemap.xml This Sitemap was submitted Aug 8, 2013, and processed Aug 8, 2013. 430 URLs submitted
  22. I have searched but couldn't find anything definitive. Is it worth doing this? How long will google take to re-index the new site, and is there a simple way to get this done quicker? OK, I think I need to submit a site map but all I can see on the server is: sitemap.xml.gz Can I submit this?
  23. Thanks - is there anywhere I can find instructions on how to do this?
