huggettm Posted June 6, 2009 Share Posted June 6, 2009 hello, on my store homepage the global meta tags are used: http://www.naughtyniks.com.au/store/ however, on the product pages it uses tags from the product description it seems, I have installed the SEO mod but it doesnt seem to combine them? eg: http://www.naughtyniks.com.au/store/risque...et/prod_13.html The keywords remain the same globally. The keywords remain the same globally. Mark What settings do have for the SEO in the General Settings section. While of course you shouldnt ignore your keywords, you need to look at the rest of your SEO work more urgently than the keywords as these are hardly used by any of the search engines. Title & description tags along with good page content is massively more important than what keywords you are using. One quick tip : The first thing I always say to clients when I do SEO work for them on CubeCart, is pay for the copyright removal licence as this takes up 1/3 of the available title tag Regards Ian Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
