A customer tells me, he spent an hour placing a large number of items in his basket, went away for lunch, and when he came back his basket was empty. As a test, I placed a single item in the basket last night, logged out and back in.. the item was still there. I came back this morning and it was gone. bsmither Posted June 30, 2010 Share Posted June 30, 2010 Please check in Admin, General Settings, for the value of Max Session Length. I have mine set to 172800 (30 days).
