Guest Guirala
Upgrade from 3.0.17 to 5.0.8, but I can not use because it indicates excess amount of customers / orders to continue using CubeCart Lite, and this is not true because the database is empty, since I restarted the business from scratch to start over. Did I do something wrong, how to solve it? thanks
Dirty Butter
I wish I could help - hopefully someone will be along shortly. But did you keep ANY tables at all in the old database? Why did you not just install, rather than upgrade?
Robsta
This is a licensing restriction of the free Lite version. You'll need the full version I expect. You should contact Devellion direct.
Guest Guirala
Thanks Dirty Butter: I maintained the database of the previous version, because all products are loaded with photos, descriptions, docs, payment gateways, etc.., Only eliminated all previous customers and orders to start fresh. So I updated the installation instead of installing it.Robsta: The licensing restriction for free CubeCart Lite is to less 100 customers/250 orders, but I have 0 customers and 0 orders!!! Al Brookbanks
... and 1 administrator. Whizz over a sales ticket with admin login and FTP access if you want us to check this out for you.
Guest Guirala
Thanks to all who tried to give me a solution. Fortunately the problem is already solved. What happened is that two administrators remained activated from the previous installation, besides the one that created the new version automatically. I delete the previous two in the database, and solved the problem. Thanks again to all.
Al Brookbanks
Great! An upgrade shouldn't add an admin though. Maybe it needs to be more clear as to which limit has been exceeded maybe even with purge options.
