fettlebox Posted August 4, 2012 Share Posted August 4, 2012 On checkout the total of goods less coupon discount plus shipping is correct but the shipping in the drop down is showing with the decimal in the wrong place. I checked it out & I had the weight to cost ratio showing the cost as .97 instead of 0.97. Changing to 0.97 fixed the issue. A seller who made this same mistake in setting the ratio could likely have a customer who would freak out, never notice that the total is correct, and abandon the cart.
