salvador21 Posted December 16, 2012 Share Posted December 16, 2012 I have been receiving quite a few emails from customers who say they didn't get a download link. This seems to be happening with orders that combine physical goods with downloads. They all say they have checked their spam fileters. These are customers who don't register an account so they don't have a customer area. If this happened previously with CC4 it was not a problem, because I was always CC'd the download link email (or else I could see their link on the order page) but this doesn't seem to happen now with version 5. Is there a way for me to (re)generate the link email or get access to the link URL so I can tell them? Thanks. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
bsmither Posted December 16, 2012 Share Posted December 16, 2012 The bug reporting system seems to be malfunctioning at the moment, so I can't check to see if "ghost" customers vs. emails have been reported.
