Guest Ray_huang
Hi There, This morning, when I tried to help my customer to solve her account problem, I found that the admin panel cannot display any actual content but only the loading bar in the middle with top and left tags. Like the image below. I have been waiting for 30 mins but nothing changes. I tried other links but all display the same loading bar. The store is now 5.1.5, which I updated a few months ago and running well for a long time. Does any one know what happened to it? Thanks for any help. bsmither
This happens when something about the javascript that CubeCart loaded in got damaged or is missing. Do you get the chart when viewing the Dashboard? Have you made any edits to an admin skin template, or edits to /js/admin.js, or your browser has a "Do not run javascript without my express permission" add-on? Can we have your store's web address? Guest Ray_huang
I found that admin runs fine on other computers. So It is because of something wrong on my computer. I restarted it but cannot get it better. Shall I reinstall flashplayer? or something?

Guest Ray_huang
Finally, my chrome and safari cannot run well but firefox can. However, the 5.1.4 can display content very well in all browsers. I think that is a problem. I wil try to uninstall the chrome to see what would happen.
Guest Ray_huang
I uninstalled the Chrome and delete the files and cache in ~Library. Install the chrome again. Now, the chrome works fine.
Guest syrontech
Hi Guys, Same issues, but this is across multiple computers on multiple browsers... Something seriously wrong here... I haven't edited any of the java and I have cleared my cache... If you look at the source code it is all there, if just not loading? I hope someone has another suggestion? Guest Ray_huang
Yesterday, I thought it was solved, but now it comes back. Still cannot load content in admin. I uninstalled the flash player and clear all relevant content, but the 5.1.5 version still cannot work. On the other hand, the 5.1.4 can display correctly. I tested on safari, firefox, chrome. None could work properly in cc 5.1.5. (we have two stores one in 5.1.5, and one in 5.1.4) I tried to upload a new js/admin.js, but still cannot solve the problem. All browsers enabled the javascript. I cannot see the chart at dashboard.

bsmither
Can we have the web address of your store?
Guest Ray_huang
It is www.panaxea.com/cube4, but I setup the visitor blocking. So visitors cannot access the web site content. They need to register and get approved to access store because of the company policy. to further access, I need the manager's authorise. The hosting is godaddy
Guest Ray_huang
Is there anyway that I can disable the loading bar? because I inspected the page source code and found that the page is actually loaded, only the loading bar masked the page content. So I think if there is any code I can change to disable the loading bar image?
Guest Ray_huang
For syrontech, you can go to admin/skins/default/templates/main.php at about line 86. remove the following content: <div id="loading_content"><img src="{$SKIN_VARS.admin_folder}/skins/{$SKIN_VARS.skin_folder}/images/loading.gif" alt="" /></div> this is the loading bar image for the masking. for solving the problem temporally. To completely solve this problem, further inspection might be needed
