markmaps Posted June 5, 2013 Share Posted June 5, 2013 hello for a while now ive been getting a lot of people asking if their order has failed, it seems that when they reach the payment stage after payment they are returned to my cubecart 3 shop and recieve the message saying thier order failed, does anyone know about this ? i include a screenshot showing the mesage Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
bsmither Posted June 5, 2013 Share Posted June 5, 2013 This appears to be CubeCart 3 (so let's continue this over at www.cubecartforums.org), and if the gateway you are using is the one where the customer is sent out to PayPal's own transaction screen, there is an issue related to whether the customer comes back to CubeCart first, or PayPal sends the success result message to CubeCart first.
