The personal details section obviously matched my name as already being registered, but I have no record of this, and attempting to retrieve password yielded the error email name not known. bsmither Posted August 22, 2013 Share Posted August 22, 2013 Some computer users have installed a browser helper that attempts to intelligently pre-fill form fields with a best-guess at what each field is asking for. If this is the case, its unfortunate that said users become so accustomed to this browser helper that when it works when not expecting it, they become flummoxed. That's my best guess.
