bsmither Posted October 18, 2013 Share Posted October 18, 2013 I'm not aware of any test or interview process that would cause Devellion to issue a "Qualified" certificate or any kind of instrument of recognition. That said, there are a number of individuals over at www.cubecartforums.org (Commercial Members) who know their stuff. There is a forum specifically where you can post your job details.
