Nik Grey Posted December 18, 2013 Share Posted December 18, 2013 I am getting so close to opening my shop - Toucan has just about completed the Image Upload tool and the others are getting somewhere near finishing the Lettering Tool. I am testing tonight and found an issue. I noticed earlier that the only way to see order details in the back office was to complete the order by 'Online Order Form' but when I try to check out that way it get's stuck on opting to order via that method - every time I hit submit the page refreshes and I am in the same place (orders are being sent to the back office though as I said) which is not good for customers (although I will not use that method when live). I thought I was going around in circles with Paypal also but it turns out I keep forgetting I need to hit 'make Payment' another time Cant delete this post now. I hadn't changed anything ! I will come back to this tomorrow.. ok, Please delete this thread - I notice that 'Pay Offline' is available in my main store but doesnt exist in the test store - it must have been done for a reason.. probably testing.
