bsmither Posted January 22, 2014 Share Posted January 22, 2014 In the CubeCart admin, there are two settings you may be interested in: Store Settings, Features tab 1. "Order status for admin email notifications". You have a choice of Pending or Processing. 2. "Don't check skipped order processing email". Choice of green tick or red cross. The email you are probably referring to is the Admin: Order Received notice. The admin(s) will receive this email when the order goes to Pending or Processing depending on choice 1 above. If you are administratively moving an order from Pending straight to Completed, then choice 2 above is put into effect. It's weirdly worded, but if green tick, then when the order goes straight to Completed, CubeCart will not first put the order through the Processing state. Also, on the Advanced tab, this is where you enter the store's master email address. Also, in Administrators, each administrator has a setting to receive order notifications. The master email address will always receive notifications (with respect to the above). An admin can choose to not receive any emails.
