slic535 Posted May 10, 2014 Share Posted May 10, 2014 I have another bug I think. when someone goes through checkout it will charge them shipping and show zero items in the cart. 1 x - ($0.00) is what is shows but it adds the shipping. bsmither Posted May 10, 2014 Share Posted May 10, 2014 Be aware that during checkout, CubeCart will estimate shipping based on whatever shipping module(s) are enabled. Some modules will contribute toward shipping fees even when the basket is empty. The estimate is a shipment from your store to your store. When CubeCart has a valid customer delivery address, then shipping will no longer be estimated. But, if the basket is empty, CubeCart should show the phrase, "Your basket is empty." I have seen the 1 x - ($0.00) line item, but have not yet figured out what causes it. There is an item in the basket - I am sure of that. In admin, Store Settings, Advanced, enable debugging (and enter your IP address, www.whatismyip.com, if desired). Then visit the Cart checkout page and try to get that same product to not get listed (but there is a blank line for it). In the debug area, you will see what product is supposed to be there. Al Brookbanks Posted May 12, 2014 Share Posted May 12, 2014 I think this can happen if you have two stores on the same session domain in subfolders with different product ID's. e.g. http://www.example.com/A http://www.example.com/B If you add items to the basket in store A store B will try and find it in is cart.
