Ggib Posted October 13, 2014 Share Posted October 13, 2014 Having finally got the website up and running, we are now experiencing a new problem: If someone puts an item in the basket with the intention of buying it, proceeds with the transaction but then cancels it at the PayPal stage, it is removed from the stock and not replaced when the purchase is cancelled. Please can someone explain why this is happening and what needs to be done to rectify the situation so that, if a purchase is cancelled at the final stage, it returns to the correct stock level.
