When adding a new category (and products as well) there's a checkbox "Status" and a checkbox "Visible". The latter is self-explanatory, but not the former. What purpose serves the "Status"? bsmither Posted May 29, 2015 Share Posted May 29, 2015 The admin could set an entire category of items as unavailable.This doesn't happen often, so it would be difficult to come up with an example where a category and all it's products would be disabled.
