[Resolved] Missing View Basket Button

Hi Everyone,

When I add an item to the cart, and continue shopping if I click on the cart on the top right I'm missing the view basket button (see attached screenshot). How can I "enable" or add this button?

For a reason I cannot determine, the "View Basket" button is not shown because the customer is logged in.

A 'visitor' who is adding items to a shopping cart will be shown the "View Basket" button.

Even so, a logged in customer can go to Checkout, review the basket's contents, and resume shopping no differently than a visitor can view the basket's contents, and resume shopping.

Still, even though I see no compelling reason to change this behavior, if you want to show the View Basket button to logged in customers, in the skin template box.basket.content.php:

Near the bottom, find:
{if !$IS_USER}

Change to:
{if true || !$IS_USER}
