bsmither
An external anything (sales report, inventory listing (for Google or whoever), customer list, email list) that is delivered as a download -- as opposed to being displayed on an admin screen -- is an external report. Considering that the .htaccess file, if not the general web server configuration, prohibits the listing of directory contents, naming the external report's filename as something that only you and the people you tell would know, might be sufficient to acquire an expectation of privacy -- at least while the file is in your control. Dirty Butter
So changing to use a different reports name than the one I have used in the details of this thread would be sufficient? That makes me feel better. And thanks for the explanation of external file.
