ctbhost Posted September 6, 2016 Share Posted September 6, 2016 i want to create a page with a quote request form on it, how would i go about this, i have used fast secure contact form before on other static websites www.fastsecurecontactform.com but im not sure if and how i could incorporate this or something else into cubecart to layout a form.
