What happens is that if you place an item in the cart and simply remove it from cart, that item will show up as a Best Seller, even though you have not sold the item. bsmither Posted January 24, 2017 Share Posted January 24, 2017 In admin, Store Settings, Layout tab, there is "Source data for popular products". Popular Products is another name for Best Sellers. You can change the phrase from Best Sellers to whatever you want. The option of "Product Sales" is any product in an order that has the status of Processing or Completed. The option of "Product Views" is the number of page views for the Catalogue Details page of the products.
