platedepot
I recently changed hosting for my store. I saved a copy of everything from the old hosting account and uploaded to the new server. When trying to do the setup, I received a message that the IonCube PHP Loader or Zend Optimizer is not installed. I uploaded both to the new server. Is there there something else I need to do? Both the old and new hosting accounts are with the same provider; the new account is an upgrade. Neither account is a dedicated server. Thanks for any help MARK
Robsta
You need to contact your hosting company for their guidence and instructions.
bsmither
Apart from the confusing upgrade/move/relocate claims, 'uploading' Zend and/or ionCube is more involved than that. Zend/ionCube is installed in such a way that the functionality they provide becomes an incorporated part of PHP itself. As such, this requires a consult with your hosting provider to determine if Zend/ionCube is installed, and to get it installed if not.
